Dan Tanguay

Dan has been a personal trainer with the Bay Club in Portland, ME since 2008. Prior to joining the Bay Club, he worked at Top Fitness in Nashua N.H. He was the Director of the Dracut Facility. He received his Bachelor’s degree in Applied Exercise Science from Springfield College, where he was a collegiate athlete. He is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the National Strength and Conditioning Association. He was a 2006 NSCA strength and conditioning athlete of the year. He is a Certified USAW Olympic Lifting level 1 coach. Dan has worked with all ages, male and female, and has a great passion for his job.

Stephanie Walsh

Stephanie is a certified personal trainer, National Association of Sports Medicine, Certified Pilates Instructor, Kinected / Kane School, Level 3 Neuro Studio Mentee, MOTR Instructor, Kettlebell Instructor, TRX Suspension Training® Instructor, Spinning TM Instructor, Kickboxing Instructor.

She has taken courses in Advanced Neuro and Pilates for Neurological Conditions, The Neuro Studio, Courses in Myokinematic Restoration and Pelvic Restoration, Postural Restoration Institute, Training Strengths in Joint Stability and Mobility

Some of her hobbies included competing in marathons, bike tours, sprint triathlon, Obstacle course races and Go Rucks, strength and cardio conditioning, biking, hiking, snowshoeing, Pilates, barre enthusiast.

Giuliano Rossi

Recently, earned his Bachelor’s degree in Exercises Science and attained his personal trainer certification from the NSCA along with 15 years of experience in mixed martial arts training (boxing, kickboxing, wrestling, jiu-jitsu). Alongside personal training, he teaches a few Full Body Circuit classes during the week, which are all included with a membership. He strives to create a bond with each of his clients whether it’s in a class environment or one-on-one personal training!

Erica Napuli

B.S. Exercise Science, FMS & SFMA certified
Erica has worked in the fitness industry since 2003 as a personal trainer, health educator and business owner. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Science, as well as FMS (Functional Movement Screen) Level 1 & 2 certification and SFMA (Selective Functional Movement Assessment) certification. Erica currently works with clients ranging from young athletes to older individuals working on general fitness. Her approach to training is rooted in the idea of building on a foundation of functional movement patterns, to improve strength, endurance and athletic performance.
